Welcome to TrayID LLC (“TrayID,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, requesting a quote, or placing an order with TrayID, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or submitting a quote request, you confirm that you are an authorized representative of a hospital, vendor, or company, and you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
2. Eligibility
TrayID provides products and Services to hospitals, vendors, and other institutional partners only. Our website and Services are not intended for individual consumer use or for children.
3. Orders, Quotes, and Payment Terms
All transactions begin with a formal quote request submitted through our website or directly to our team.
Upon approval, TrayID will issue a quote and, if accepted, an invoice with payment instructions.
Hospitals are generally subject to NET 30 payment terms with payment by ACH transfer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Vendors and other partners may be subject to different terms as agreed on a case-by-case basis.
No payments are processed directly through this website.
4. Intellectual Property
All TrayID tag designs, technology, branding, website content, and materials are owned by TrayID LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Customer logos, names, or trademarks incorporated into TrayID tags remain the property of the respective customer and are used only with their authorization. TrayID makes no claim of ownership over third-party logos or trademarks.
5. Limitation of Liability
TrayID is not responsible for misuse of products, delays caused by shipping carriers or third-party vendors, or for downtime of the website.
Our liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our products or Services is limited to the value of the order at issue.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
